STEP 1 - Inquire with us

Like what you've seen so far.... want to see what we can do for you? We would LOVE to chat! We take a limited number of clients each month, and usually book out 6-12 months in advance, so don't hesitate to reach out. We are so happy to meet you, we look forward to getting to know you and being a part of something special. 

 

Step 2 - Questionnaire & Consultation

After you reach out, we will send a welcome email with a questionnaire to fill out. We want to know all about you! Your taste, your vendors, your colors.... all the deets. This information and any visual images provided will be used in a preliminary design board and bid that we will discuss at our initial consultation. We will also select a day and time to meet up either a virtually or an in person. 

 

Step 3 -   Visual Design Board & Bid

At our fist consultation we will go over the preliminary visual design board, and all the numbers. We add, take away, edit, and make any adjustments necessary to fine tune our plans. A few days after this meeting you will receive the official design board and bid to review on-line and decide if you'd like to move forward.

 

Step 4 - Sign Contract & Pay Deposit

After reviewing the official visual proposal and design bid you will approve the plans by returning the signed contract and paying the deposit.

 

Step 5 - Final Consultation

Six weeks before your event, we will meet up one last time. Sometimes this meeting is done in person, sometimes its done on a site visit to discuss any other options or ideas. Or many people like to confirm everything by phone or email. We are happy to make this appointment whatever you need to make you feel confident, warm, fuzzy about your day. 

 

Step 6 - Delivery and Installation of Florals

The week of your event is very busy and can be a stressful time. We are confident we will make the floral part smooth and effortless. We will be working non-stop this week to make sure every bloom, every leaf, every detail is taken care of and placed according to plan. When we arrive, we promise there will be tears... oh and hugs.. always lots of hugs!

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Most couples spend about 8-10% of their total wedding budget on flowers. If you work with a traditional florist, you’ll come up against high minimums (pricing usually starts around $4,000) and black out dates. The price of flowers for most Enchanting Flora  weddings is between $1,500 and $3,000 all-in, including white glove delivery and installation. We recognize that, like everything for your big day, wedding florals are a big investment, and the details really matter. Enchanting Flora works with you to understand your highest priorities and always presents you with ideas and solutions at multiple price points, so you can choose the option that fits your budget without ever compromising on quality or style.

When should you order wedding flowers?

 As soon as you’ve selected a venue and a date for your wedding, it’s time to start planning your wedding flowers. Enchanting Flora recommends designing and ordering florals with us between 5 and 7 months before your wedding date.

How does Enchanting Flora work?

 Enchanting Flora is your full-service wedding florist. As an Enchanting Flora couple, you'll have a dedicated team of floral experts working together to bring your vision to life.

1 Your Wedding Specialist will guide you to florals selections perfectly suited to your vision.

2 Your Design Specialist will join in 60 days before your event to ensure every last detail is covered and coordinate with your planner or coordinator.

3 Your Enchanting Flora Designer, working together with the rest of your team, will design and install your florals on the big day.

What wedding flowers are available at different points of the year?

Everyone has their favorite wedding flowers—from peonies to garden roses to dahlias to magnolias, we hear requests for all types of showy blooms. Of course, most flowers are only available for a few months of each year. We focus on sourcing and designing with a variety of stems that are fresh and most beautiful right at the time of your wedding.

 

Here’s a snapshot of what’s typically in season in each month:

• Flowers available for winter weddings (December, January, February): Paperwhites, Poinsettias, Amaryllis, Hellebores.

• Flowers available for Spring weddings (March, April, May): Peonies, Poppies, Orchids, Tulips.

• Flowers available for Summer weddings (June, July, August): Hydrangeas, Sunflowers, Gardenias, Zinnias.

• Flowers available for Fall weddings (September, October, November): Dahlias, Cosmos, Sunflower, Aster. • Some flowers are available year-round like Roses, Ranunculus, and Anemone.
